Happy New Year! I am so excited to be starting out 2026 with this podcast. This show has been on my heart since my last year of teaching when I used to record voice memos of ideas while driving to school. For 2026, I’m shifting my focus from just building the business side of things to really focusing on the people side.

In this episode, I’m sharing my goals for the year… from launching this podcast to getting back into teaching and hosting local meetups. I’m prioritizing consistency and real connection over setting unattainable plans that don’t actually happen.
